4. Events and Exhibitions (e.g., ECAMEX)
- 4.1. Registration for events like ECAMEX 2026 constitutes an application. Confirmation is subject to availability and full payment.
- 4.2. Cancellation policies for events will be specified during registration. ECAM reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, or formats.
- 4.3. Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and insurance.
5. Intellectual Property
- 5.1. All content on the ECAM website, publications, and event materials (logos, text, graphics) is the property of ECAM or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
- 5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our intellectual property without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
- 6.1. ECAM provides information and services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- 6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ECAM shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, website, or participation in events.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECAM, its officers, and members from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
