To educate members on new subjects for adding new verticals for their business. This year and next one year our focus will be on KVAH Tariff and Electrical Safety for consumers. In both these areas huge opportunities are available for members with smaller turn over.
To educate members on increasing their profitability. Under this we may cover understanding Cash Flow & Profitability., adding new verticals, cooperating & working together with our members to enhance profitability. Approach is to use knowledge of competent members with Members who have strong Contacts, with their customers and learn sharing profits from such cooperation. Turnover addition can be INR 20 Lakhs or more, for members having good contacts with their clients.
